At The Arnold Arms, we believe it’s the people behind the scenes that make a pub special. We’re always proud of our team working together to bring our space to life.
Many of us live locally. You’ve probably seen us around the village – whether it’s walking our dogs, shopping, or having a pint ourselves.
From chefs who pour passion into every dish to the front-of-house staff who remember your name (and your drinks order), we’re a close-knit bunch who genuinely love what we do. We share plenty of laughs behind the bar, catch up with stories from our regulars, and love to see those familiar faces.
We’ve poured a lot of love into it, and we want our pub to feel like home. You might be stopping by after work, celebrating, or searching for a relaxed hour of solitude – whatever brings you in, we’ll welcome you.
MEET PAULIE – a seasoned professional Restaurant and Bar General Manager with 25 years’ experience in highly rated hotels, pubs and restaurants.
MEET MITCH – a chef with 20 years’ experience in fine dining and Michelin Starred pubs and restaurants.
MEET CHIGS – an expert in wealth management, who has financed successful independent pubs and pub groups across the UK.
